Fair Use Policy

At EngagePoint Media™, we strive to offer our clients reliable and flexible communication solutions. To ensure that all users experience the highest quality of service, we have implemented a Fair Use Policy to prevent misuse or excessive consumption of our services. This policy applies to all accounts using our call, text, and email features.

What is Fair Use?

Our plans are designed for regular business communications and are not intended for high-volume marketing campaigns or mass communications. Under our Fair Use Policy, clients are allowed generous limits on the number of texts, calls, and emails that can be sent each month. These limits cover the needs of the majority of our clients.

Soft Usage Limits

To maintain the integrity and quality of our services for all clients, the following soft usage limits are in place:

Text Messages: 5,000 texts per month | Phone Calls: 3,000 calls per month | Emails: 10,000 emails per month

What Happens If You Exceed These Limits?

We recognize that some businesses may require more than the typical usage allowed under our Fair Use Policy. If your account exceeds the monthly limits listed above, we will notify you and recommend one of the following options:

Upgrade to a Marketing Package: If you consistently require higher usage, we offer tailored marketing packages designed for businesses with greater communication needs.

Usage Charges: If you choose to stay within your current plan but exceed the soft limits, an additional usage fee will apply. We will charge a flat rate for every message, call, or email sent beyond the limits: $0.025 per text message | $0.05 per call | $0.01 per email

How is Usage Monitored?

Your account usage is tracked in real-time, and you will be notified if you are approaching the soft usage limit. Our goal is to provide you with transparency and flexibility, ensuring you always have the data you need to manage your communications effectively.

Commercial Use Restrictions

Please note that our services are intended for regular business operations and communication. High-volume marketing campaigns, mass messages, or other forms of excessive usage fall outside the scope of fair use. For large-scale marketing, we recommend exploring our dedicated marketing packages.

Keeping Your Account Active

Accounts that consistently exceed fair usage limits without upgrading may be subject to service limitations, throttling, or additional charges to maintain the overall quality of service.
